Christophe Lechère launched his career at TBWA in 1989, where he held commercial positions before becoming Director of Development. He then joined American Express in international Marketing and Business Development positions. It 1999, he joined one of the very first digital ventures, MultiMania, which was sold after an IPO to the Bertelsmann group – Christophe headed up Business Development and Strategy. Two years later, a taste for entrepreneurship, innovation and digital drove him in the direction of StepStone, a Scandinavian-British online job board. His mission: to launch and develop the French subsidiary.
In 2002, Christophe joined the headquarters of Alcatel Lucent to head up business development for the SMB market, mainly in Europe and Asia.
In 2004, he entered a general headhunting firm as a Partner, where he served as Chairman for 5 years. The adventure continued until 2014 when Christophe decided to set up CHL Executives, so that he could specialize in his preferred sectors (digital, media, energy and public sector).
He has a master in Law (Panthéon- Assas).
Arnaud Ploix joined CHL Executives in November 2015, after 3 years of experience as Equity Partner in a leading executive search company. Arnaud has more than 25 years experience in General Management inside France and abroad (export businesses, USA and Japan). He started his career as a Product Manager at Gervais Danone France (1984-1988).
He then joined Yves Saint Laurent Parfums in 1989 as America's Export Director. Soon after, he was promoted to President and CEO of YSL Corp in New-York until 1994, when he integrated the management committee of Louis Vuitton Malletier, to develop the accessories and the Japanese subsidiary of Christian Lacroix.
In 1998, he became the International Director of Hermès Parfums, before joining the Shiseido group in 2002, as Managing Director of Decléor and Carita.
After being in charge of the strategic communication of the Oddo bank from 2007 to 2009, he became Managing Director of Krys Group, Leader Company of French opticians.
Arnaud is an expert of luxury goods and branded products, as well as selective distribution and services in an international environment. He has a strong operational experience in strategy, sales and marketing development as well as team management.
Arnaud Ploix holds a BA degree in Political Science (Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris), a BA degree in accounting (DESCF), and an MBA degree from HEC.
